How do you attach these pedals to the bike? It doesn't have the traditional spot to attach a pedal wrench to.

Hand tighten the pedal, then insert an 8mm allen wrench into the other side of the crank and tighten (torque=35-55 Nm)

Is this set or just one? A bit confused why it says 'Pedal' and not 'Pedals
