Beaten up during many hundreds of miles including walking around and still working great. Great product

I have been using these cleats for a while. They work great and will release quite easily if you need to get a foot down. Check them every now and then to ensure they’re tightly fastened. They will come loose if not checked.

I replaced my old Shimano cleats with these. Worked well and fit just like the old ones which were well worn out from walking. I used a sharpie to mark the position of the old ones which made the replacement simple. I prefer the yellow Cleats as they allow a little foot play (so to speak). Shimano is a great company. I have been using their bike components (Dura Ace) for many years which have offered great performance.

Great. Easy to install and clip in/out. My knee and hip pain are so much better after switching to these from the SPD clips. My only reason for removing one star is for durability. Part of the yellow portion already has a piece that has broken off of it (this was without walking long distances in it and I think mainly indoor biking.) but the most lateral portion of the lower yellow area has a small “chip” in it already from clipping in/out I assume. Still, great improvement over the SPD clips I used to have for comfort.

Bought these not realizing that the pedals I purchased came with a set of cleats. I ended up putting these on and kept the other pair as a backup. They work perfectly. The plastic yellow bits broke off after a couple rides, but they do not affect the functionality.
