Scheepjes Colour Pack Catona 10 gram

I love these! The colors are all so pretty and the yarn feels nice to work with. It’s wonderful to have so many different colors without having to commit to big, expensive balls of yarn for little projects.

I am a crochet beginner, and Scheepjes Catona has quickly become my favorite yarn to work with. It makes beautiful amigurami. I bought this kit because I needed so many different colors for a granny square pillow project, and boy did it deliver. Every color in the rainbow in one box! Each 10 gm yarn bundle is enough to complete a small granny square with yarn left over ( pictured are 3 1/2” using a 2.75” hook). This is high quality yarn. Allows for very smooth stitching, never frays, and the colors are so vibrant! You may be able to find cheaper yarn but it won’t be a better value considering overall quality and ease of use.

Lots and lots of colors to play with. Was able to find the book to go with it. There's also you tube with a series to follow along.Nice investment.

It seems to be a common occurrence for the packaging of the product itself, the cardboard case, to have some form of damage. Mine also had this. It resembles water damage. The yarn balls inside were absolutely unharmed so I'm not mad.Some people may be bothered by the boxes condition of the yarn is also damaged, or if it is a display box, or a storage box and they are concerned with the overall aesthetic.I am not bothered by it because the yarn is okay, it does not have an odor, and the box still is able to be opened and closed. I am not going to fault the product because of the packaging as I really doubt Scheepjes is the one who did the damage.

So I bought this because it was so many colors and I wanted to make a rainbow bywith my new zoom loom. It’s nice yarn but just thin. For people who don’t know about yarn it is like 2 embroidery floss put together its thin sock yarn. I have still taken on my zoom loom project with it but it will definitely be a thin blanket. Is it worth $100 I don’t think so but I used a %40 off coupon at hobby lobby I would never pay that much for this. But let’s just say I am shocked how far 1 little ball goes

Gifted this box to my adult daughter and she made many little items for gifts.The. Plots are vibrant and the yarn is TOP quLity

loved all the colors but crocheting it made my fingers raw from the texture on the yarn. good otherwise. very small steins though so not enough to make anything but good if you want to see all the colors in person.
