The search is over. This is the best mocha sauce I have found. I have an espresso machine so I can make my own mocha. I have tried several mocha sauces, but none tasted like the Mocha I got at Starbucks. Now, I have perfected the perfect mocha taste. I have ordered this sauce 3 times so far. It's cheaper than Starbucks, yet still has the same taste. Do not forget to forth the milk.

This stuff is the bomb ! Great in morning coffee or on ice cram in the evening !

Thick syrup. Doesn't take much.

I have used this for years for my coffee, it adds a rich chocolate note without making it too sweet. A little goes a long way. My advice is, though, when you think it’s finished and no more will come out: use a bread knife or blade to cut it her top off and scrape out the rest. I had enough left in there to fill this squeeze bottle. It just couldn’t get to the pump anymore because it was stuck to the sides. Amazing product though! Delicious!

great flavor turned my at home coffee bar into barista style set up

Bought a mid-grade automatic coffee machine about 9 months ago and started adding chocolate and caramel flavorings a few months later. Since I am a Ghirardelli chocolate fan (mostly the solid chocolates both milk chocolate and dark) I purchased the large bottles of chocolate and caramel plus the Ghirardelli pumps. While I was happy with both, the pumps seemed to give out about 2 months after opening the bottles and the chocolate was dried out to the point it wasn't moveable by gravity (standing upside down didn't bring it to the top). I also found I was still adding the same amount of fake sugar to my coffee as before since the sweetness in the sauce didn't add much. I tried the Hollander Chocolate recently and it was fantastic. The pump they provide is 10x better and the added sauce had enough sweetness that I could cut back on my fake sweetener (Whole Earth). I prefer the chocolate sauce to the Ghirardelli. I tried the white chocolate and caramel sauces from Hollander and both are excellent TOO! Same great pumps with a sauce that provides some sweetness to the coffee. So far I am hooked on the Hollander brands for making my flavored coffees. You won't be disappointed!
