The pills have a very smooth capsule but are a little large when taking 4-4x per day. I’m only taking 2-1x per day as a supplement because I generally eat a well balanced diet. I am loosing weight and use this to help my body maintain muscle so I’m loosing fat , not muscle. I believe it’s doing it’s job for my purposes.

This product was excellent I been taking it every day since I purchased. I have an increase of energy and muscle stability I feel stronger and better this amino acid has helped improve my overall health along with taking my other vitamins just the source I needed I have already told my friends and they have purchased it as well I stand by this product and will continue to order as long as its available.

Both my boyfriend and I have been taking this for months and my cup size went up another cup size butt painful and he started developing a bit of boobage and we linked it to the soy protein isolate. Google it's estrogenic effects on the body and stop taking this. It is a huge endocrine disruptor for both men and women.

This is amazing! After just 3days, I've already noticed an improvement in my stamina. I even slept better after just 2 days! I'm hopeful that this will last because honestly it seems too good to be true.

My husband loved this product over others. I would give it 5 stars but it's never in stock. Trying to find another one that works as well
