Will a double duvet cover fit over this airer

I am not sure a double duvet will drape on the airer without touching the floor. I have only had a single duvet on it & that worked

Do the winga heat up?

Yes it did but after I bought it I found the same product at LIDL GBP10 cheaper.

Does thiws come wiuth a cover?

You can buy it from Argos with the cover for the same price.
