Love Guarana Extract 6000mg 200 Veggie caps (Non-GMO, Gluten Free)!This type of caffeine has a slow rise and a slow fall compared to regular caffeine which has a quick rise but a quick steep fall which gives a racing heart to a sleeping brain. That is why I love this type of caffeine much better as there is no racing heart and no sleepy brain. If you need it stronger then take two pills before having a gut full of food. I can feel a difference in my energy and performance

I cannot really rate the flavor, because it's a capsule and it's swallowed whole, but I can say that, as far as results, I don't feel a real difference. I am happy it does not give me the jitters, however I do not feel as energized as I would expect. I bought many years ago some guarana' powder in Brazil, and THAT was an experience! I felt so energized and did not feel tired even after long trips. This is not comparable to that, for sure.

I won't by this product or any manufactured by this company again because I found that there was literally NO energy boost. Even took up to six capsules at once! Only thing that did was cause my stomach to feel sick. I bought these because Monster energy drinks were getting to be too expensive. I returned mine. Potential buyers DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!Amazon really should institute a rating system that has zero included for products that have zero value.FYI: I had reviewed this earlier and now it doesn't exist. Wasn't notified that there was something wrong with the content of my review, either... Not the first time this has happened.
