Check the vertical "play" in existing setup, before purchasing
Unfortunately, for my 1991 Craftsman GT 6000, there was not enough space on the shaft for the clip to go back on the top, by just a hair. I took off the two factory washers that were under the steering shaft, leaving just the larger one on top (the one that goes under the C-Clip, and holds the plastic dust cap). The two washers and bearing ring were just a bit too tall, compared to the washers that came off. Maybe 1/16"? That being said, everything else fit just fine, and would work, given more play in the system. I'm not sure how the unsealed bearings would fare, compared to the factory setup, which is two greasy washers that slide pretty easily over each other, but it's a neat idea.

Well Made
Had seen the videos on YouTube named poor man’s power steering on your lawn tractor. Figured I’d give it a try. My tractor is 10 years old and I really didn’t notice a difference. Nothing wrong with this product. I’m pretty sure it applies to people who never greased they’re front end steering system which I did once a year. But this item fit perfect with no modifications.

So far so good
They appear to be ok- time/use will tell the quality. I don't expect issues with my application. I did find cheaper and faster shipping other than what I purchased-but the product is so far good.

Yee hah!!!
Saw on yt how this could give my lawn tractor “Hillbilly power steering”. Wish I knew this trick years ago. Steering is OMG so much easier and now the wheels come back straight, on their own (like a car). Took me 20 minutes start to finish to install and that included packing them. My neighbors are gonna love me when I get em to get these. Most useful 7.00 part I ever bought

Needle bearings
Good product. Easy installation, worked as expected. Now, time and use will tell if they were a quality product.

Easy to install, reduces steering effort
My years old Troy Bilt Pony riding mower required good arm strength to steer. After watching a video on the installation of this bearing kit, I decided to give it a try. The installation was not difficult. I applied a good amount of grease to the bearings and the spindal shafts. The result is much improved steering. This bearing kit is well worth its low price.

They work.
I used these thrust bearings on the steering of my John Deere lawn tractor. They work well. Just took too long to get here.
