Definitely notice a difference in muscle recovery after heavy or hard workout days. I take these before bed, waking up feeling strong and ready for my next morning workout.

This product was recommended to me by a pharmacist and I have been taking it for over 8 months for my brain health régimen for seizure treatment. When I dont take them I feel the difference. Glad I was able to find a big size, at a great price. Ordered from the Welling seller and they did great. Packaged in a USPS padded bag from Texas with Prime. Exp date of 2024 and were in 3/4/2021. By far the most complete amino acid supplement on the market. I take 2-3 a day and see benefit.

Not sure about the 4 capsule suggested usage but ONE will flush my bowels out in a couple of hours. They are great if you are constipated.
