I did not need 10mg .they did not mention the strength initially.ask for 5mg as 10 is too much

It really helps if taken at the right time
It takes time to work.I had to work at the time to take it as the post hitting snooze alarm winks were deeper and better than the initial doze. So if you need to wake up at seven prepare to wake up at 5 and sleep deeper for the next two hours.With a notorious case of insomania,I've a messed up sleep pattern but this unadulterated melatonin is definitely a boon for some decent shut eye. Some quite time followed by any relaxing Meditation before sleeping is also very helpful.Hope reading this helps someone.
