This works well but I see it more as sleep support than a knockout solution which personally suits me but might feel slow to someone expecting instant results on busy or overthinking nights it sometimes takes a little time to calm the brain but when sleep starts it stays steady and deep the morning feels clear without fog or irritation which is a huge plus the body doesn’t feel dependent on it which I was very particular about the tablets are okay to swallow though a smoother finish could make it even easier the effect is gentle and progressive so expectations should match that not every night is identical but most nights are visibly better now the improvement feels real and not artificial so overall very happy with the results

This tablet really works for sleep. But 10mg is higher than the usual 5mg dose, and sadly the company does not sell a 5mg option. If you never tried sleep pills before, I suggest starting with 5mg because jumping straight to 10mg can cause problems. For me, sometimes I cannot sleep at all without this pill, so that’s one issue you should avoid. Try this only if 5mg melatonin does not work for you, which means you may need to look at other brands. Nightmares and creepy dreams are normal side effects of sleep pills, but I did not expect them here since it’s sold as natural. Still, I get nightmares most nights after taking it. Another thing, if you do not sleep 8–10 hours, you may wake up with burning/strain in eyes. I believe that’s from the heavy 10mg dose. And the most important warning, never drive after taking it. I once had an emergency at night, had to drive just 4km and I had already took the pill, I was literally falling asleep at the wheel. So no matter what, never drive after taking 10mg melatonin.
