Texture is not right

The color is good but has a weird smell in it. Really didn’t like it as it dried out my lips. I am returning it.

First off I will just say this is definitely not my color, but it's still a very nice long lasting lipstick. When you first put it on its a bit sticky, but then as it starts to dry you can feel it tighten up and dry on your lips. It will smudge before it dries,and where you put it is where it stays, so if you need to wipe any off do it quickly. It's definitely a matte finish and it does make your lips feel dry. The first picture is after applying and the second picture is after eating a bagel and drinking coffee through a straw. Most of the lipstick stayed in place except for a little around the corners. I'm not crazy about the applicator. It's made of foam but there isn't enough of a point on it to draw a clear line around the edges and initial application can be a little difficult. I'd definitely be interested in trying a different color but I am happy with how long this lasts.

Great product. I purchased run way and it's a true deep fushia. Matte but not too dry. It needed a slight touch up after eating but not much at all and no cup transfer.

Like other lip stains that you buy online if you're not familiar with the brand or the color, you can often be surprised. I was not pleased with the color.
