Like the size, like that it’s made of high quality Stainless steel, like the colorful/soft/ flexible all silicone lid, like that, it’s easily washable in the dishwasher. It seems leak resistant that may not be leakproof with more heavily liquidy condiments. I put some water in the containers and shook it around and I did see some water leak out of the sealed containers. I think they would do better with thicker condiments, like hummus, peanut butter, guacamole and solids (like cheese) than with liquidy salad dressing. Would make a good pill holder.

These containers are not only very cute but also surprisingly effective! I tested them in a couple of ways:Firstly, I ran them through the hottest dishwasher setting multiple times to see if the lids would warp or become loose. To my pleasant surprise, there was no change after this test was run five times.Next, I filled them with hot water from a recently boiled kettle, turned them upside down, and vigorously shook them for 20 minutes. Not a single drop leaked out. (What else does one do while waiting for their wine to breathe?)Then, my curiosity led me to test their smell resistance or proofness. I filled one with 3 Crab brand fish sauce and left it on the counter overnight. Initially, there was no smell outside the container. However, the next morning, I did detect a very faint fish sauce smell when I held the sealed jar right up to my nose. If I moved it an inch away, the smell disappeared. To further investigate, I ran this one through the dishwasher with dish soap on a mid-heat cycle, and you could still detect a hint of fish sauce in the lid.(Note: At the time of this review, the product does not claim to repel odors. I was simply curious because sometimes I use light salad dressings.)These are very good and I even sent a link to them to several family and friends to get some for themselves.
