I love this thing. Never lets me down
This little thing is great. Always works, always boots, does what I need it to do. Oh, I was able to upgrade it from and i5 to an i7 and it performs very well. Many Lenovo's can do that.

Value for money if you don't intend to upgrade to Windows 11
Pros:- Price and performance (i5, 8gb RAM rare with this and price)- Touch screen a plus- Windows OS a plus than having a chromebook- Machine looks spotless no chip / dents or any scratch.- Good battery backup.Cons:- Can't upgrade to windows 11. Hardware unsupported.- No HDMI port.- Heavy- Keypad stickers are swollen and seems like will come out soon.

Arrived with a fan error would not start
Didn't work right out of the box. I immediately set up a return and was only offered Amazon Store Credit instead of a refund.Don't from this store.

Quality
The laptop came in perfect conditions and it is top level quality in terms of materials and hardware. Additionally Windows works perfectly.Strongly recommended.

DOA, kind of
Renewed items are a hit and miss sometimes. I have bought several Lenovo renewed laptops as they are always my top choice.This was the only laptop I received which did not work out of the box.The keyboard was faulty, which forced me to use an external USB keyboard to try to set up the computer.As i tried to set up Windows on the first boot, it turned out to be locked to Chick-Fil-A and required an organization email to set up. I was forced to buy a Windows license to get it to work, as even with a full format the device was still locked to Chick-Fil-A.Fortunately Amazon has excellent support for their renewed products and they provided a solution.

Important note about these *renewed* laptops...
You get what you pay for. Yes, these do come with SSDs, but please be aware that the drives they are putting in are very old and earlier generations of the technology. I've been buying these laptops quite a bit for customers, and we're averaging a 10-15% failure rate on the hard drives. I pulled out one last week that was from 2014. We're halfway through 2019. That's a bit ridiculous, especially when you can get a brand new Samsung 860 EVO 250GB for $58. I would rather pay an extra $60 for the refurb laptop with a brand new SSD in it. The other benefit (from the Seller's perspective) is that you deal with less hassle from aggravated customers with defective products.

Good
It was without touch screen and Bluetooth so I have to use Bluetooth adapter. Battery lasts about 2 hours.
