Beware no warranty on the backpack
When I purchased this backpack it had a lifetime warranty. Now, they changed to 10 years warranty. My backpack tore after two years of usage. I emailed American Shield about the warranty and I have not heard anything from them. My email was ignored. It looks like there is no warranty on it.
