Purchased this mattress 2 years ago. Was excited to try something new and “most “ of the reviews were positive. Fast forward to present day….I have had the worst sleeps of my life. I’m a fitness teacher and put my body through a very rigorous workout 4 x a week. I need a supportive, cool, and comfortable mattress, unfortunately, this was not it.My advice….don’t waste your $.

We’ve had this bed for about a week now. It is definitely medium firm which we love and hugs your body. The edges are high so it doesn’t slope down causing you to roll off. I’m pregnant and my husband has chronic back pain, ever since we got the bed we both wake up pain free. I toss and turn a lot and now my husband doesn’t feel it as it absorbs the movements. Highly recommend

Thx Sweetnight.Update: 1/2 year in...First off – this is the best customer service I have ever received with any company and it is all via email; but they still are extremely thorough, kind and incredibly caring. In this day and time to get real customer service is extraordinary! The biggest and most important update for ‘hot’ sleepers (& my main reason for updating the review): The bed sleeps profoundly HOT. I now know definitively it is the bed & not a life stage thing! :-) I did alert their WONDERFUL customer service is this and that I had to buy a cooling mattress cover, to which they even reimbursed. That’s how amazing they are. Alas - even with that investment - the bed still sleeps incredibly hot. If you live in a cold weather environment and or want to sleep toasty - this could be brilliant for you. The reason I’m 100% sure it’s the bed is that I travel often. When I sleep in literally every other hotel bed (tho suspect hotel beds aren’t memory foam) - I do not wake up sweating. So really it could not at all be their bed but perhaps memory foam mattresses just sleep extra warm. Moving on to delivery and assembly: The box is huge and heavy - so you will need a hand truck - at least if you live in a high rise apartment like I do! And you will need help FOR SURE - getting the heavy box to your home, opening it, taking out the bed in bag, getting the bed from the outside bag, and getting the plastic wrap off the bed itself. It is absolutely positively a two man job but worth it - like unwrapping a gift! But that is par for the course- not at all a complaint -just a specific so that you know what is to be expected. I would suggest using scissors to open plastic vs the paper cutter thing they provide; and be careful. The unrolling is the easiest part of 'assembly' - and you should give it the full 3 days for off gassing and expansion. You can see almost immediately how full the bed will rise. My bed rose right away went to 11" in most places. Though this is supposed to be a 12" bed / not 11" - I suspect it may plump up over time and an inch difference really doesn’t affect my sleep. I bought the memory foam/gel bed for back/hip reasons (e.g. piraformis and spinal stenosis) and already in the morning I feel the difference / am in less pain!!! Especially compared to before on my traditional coil/spring bed. Another bonus that amazon didn't mention - is that the bed is flippable!!! There are 2 sides - very very rare in a memory foam mattress! The obvious softer/truly-can-see-memory-foam side is what I would call soft medium - tho more soft than medium but not totally soft... The other side is absolutely firm firm firm! I tried the firm side first - again thinking it would be best for my piraformis and stenosis - but turned out it was too hard for me. So now I'm on the softer side - and that's way better! This bed is great for sleeping on your back and sleeping on your side!!! *But important to note*: Stomach sleeping is very very challenging; but perhaps with hip and back issues - not sleeping on stomach is better healthwise... The bed also comes with an adorable felt envelope inside which includes a funny little instruction book / cartoon story that has blank pages too you could use as diary, easy one page assembly instructions, and a letter opener for the plastic; for the latter - I still say use scissors vs opener. There is also a customer service and warranty card; no customer service # - you have to email - but again ... BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I really did like the cute touch of the felt envelope with 'stuff' inside! I think you cannot get a better memory foam mattress for this price; and believeyoume - I spent months researching online and in stores! I give it a 3 for overall - cause I personally can’t sleep on my belly and the sleeping-hot thing - but a 5...(really a 10!!!) for customer service, caring and the TLC they put into their product, the packing and quality! And I give it a high 4 for value! I DO recommend!!

usually i don't like to leave comments on the items i bought on Amazon, but this bed mattress is good enough to make me do this, it is kind of beyond my imagination. so i really want to share my feedback here for the item. hope it would help someone before they make their decision.my every day work falls more on the labor, so i feel very tired after returning home. as time goes by, my waist and legs will feel sore. so what do i expect for the home? a hot shower and a comfortable mattress which could offer me a good rest. also as i work foe hotel purchasing, i had seen and tried so many hotels and brand designed one. so i take a lot of consideration into this purchase before i really buy it.i had one old mattress which is hypoallergenic memory foam with the traditional support of an innerspring mattress. it works fine at the very beginning, but after 2-3 months use, it become uneven!it could not support my weight and aggravate my back pain. and according to my experience, i would not choose the spring mattress because they make bid noise and need to be flipped every 3 months if i need the perfect condition of it all the time. so gel memory foam mattress is my NO.1 choice.due to the covid-19, i have to pick a mattress from Amazon, to be honest, i was afraid that the item i get will be another story from the picture i saw on the website. but why not? give a try as prime member, just a little pain for returning process. but guess what, the item came one day earlier in front of my house, and surprised me!the packaging was gorgeous, a big queen mattress was highly vacuumed packed in a big heavy box. one man could handle it without doubts. opened it on the same day, left it one the bed at lunch time, and it was ready at evening,cannot wait to try.it gives a totally different feeling compared with the spring one. it gives me a very soft feeling when pressed by hand, but it feels that it supports the body and does not make me feel back pain at all. it will make your weight spread out on the whole mattress. i used many gel memory foam mattress before, but this one still surprise me a lot! in addition, there was no noise when i was making the turn over on the bed. it will absorb all the noise and make me feel i was sleeping one the cloud top. the quality of sleeping had been improved since it came to my house. i sleep like a baby every night which charges me more power when i was sleeping.queen size is perfect for 2 people sleeping, and you will not get affected by the person who sleeps by you. it would not make any uneven point or surface due to the other person's weight. i will definitely buy another one for my gust room when my new bed frame arrives. if i really have to bring any cons to this item, you need a bed protector, it is easy to get stained, but a bed protector would save a big trouble.

I purchased this for my dad and mom; and they totally loved it. My dad said it’s the best sleep he’s had in a long time. My mom.. she’s my mom and really nothing is ever quite good enough🤣🤣

I am definitely planning to buy another one. We have been using it and the quality of my sleep has improved dramatically. Very high recommended!!

Bed was hard to sleep on, was sunken in corners and never really inflated all the way. My wife and I have never had a worse weeks sleep. We tried to return with Amazon on they are making us pack up item and return it to them before they will issue refund . Glad to be out 800 while I wait for Amazon to receive my return. I guess I’ll be sleeping on floor
