Arrived on time and planted straight away. Growing beutifully.

Plant arrived well packaged and in good condition.I kept it indoors for a few days and gradually moved it outside, as the temperatures can vary a lot in Scotland.Potted it into a very large container where it will hopefully be happy and grow well.The plant looks healthy and seems to be still in good condition.Looking forward to seeing it once it is in full bloom! 😊

Looks good so far. Only just planted it so can't say yet wether it will climb the trellis or not.

The little passion fruit plant was well packaged but didn't seem to have endured its journey well when it arrived. After being watered right away and potted into a pot that had enough space for its roots, it started growing new little leaves and looked happy again. It is for sure not the strongest or healthiest new plant but definitely very good value for 10£.

The plant was a little battered when it arrived but seems healthy, lucky that such a thin stemmed plant made it through the post.The reason I wonder how it made it here is that the box is marked to have the long side up, this meant the plant was constantly on its side in a pot tied to a cane during transport. The soil did not stay in the pot and ended up filling the bag the plant was wrapped in, and the plant lost a couple of leaves in the process...Now that I have repotted it all seems fine, but it is a strange choice.

I had a slight problem with the initial delivery and so contacted the seller. I received a response surprisingly quickly and from that point the dialogue was so quick as to resemble chatting with a friend on WhatsApp. Within almost no time the problem had been discussed and resolved with the offer of either a full refund or a replacement. I opted for the latter and have now received, within a couple of days, a plant that I am more than happy with. Based on the quality of customer service I received, I will definitely look to using Gardeners Dreams again in the future and thoroughly commend them to others.UPDATE 26 April 2022Unfortunately I had to contact Gardeners Dream again with regard to this purchase. However, their swift - almost immediate - response plus their friendly and helpful attitude, plus their endeavours to ensure that I received full satisfaction, leave me in no doubt that this was just one of those bits of bad luck that can cause any supplier problems from time to time. As with my initial query with them, the problem was quickly resolved to my full satisfaction. The dialogue of emails was rapid - like two teenagers texting back and forth - so the while matter was fully resolved well within an hour of my starting to type my first email.Their level of service makes me more than happy to do business with them again. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone contemplating ordering from them.I have no connection with them apart from being a customer.

I received a dead plant and the leaves have some form of blight as well. Terrible plant to send to customers.

When I received this plant it looked to be suffering so gave it a good shake to get some life back into it and letIt stand in my cold frame for a week watered every other day from below plant with a liquid feed but it still didn't look its best so I eventually planted into its new place in garden but after several weeks of tendering its every need weed free feeding in bright sunny spot not watering in evening to avoid fungi rot etc the plant just died on me my conclusion it was already past any help on arrival so in future I will not be purchasing anything plant wise from a supplier
