Some of the best SNL stuff out there before Mike Myers went on to become Austin Powers

I've been a fan of Mike Meyers' work for a very long time and when I bought this DVD I was interested and had intention on seeing what Myers' work on Saturday Night Live was like. For what I've seen from the entire program I can say a couple of the sketches aren't perfect, but they are far from being considered the worst.

Our family was headed off to a summer reunion vacation and I bought a bunch of these SNL classics for down time at the beach. Well they were a total hit because young nieces and nephews and older family members were howling at the SNL comedy. These were great vacation entertainment.

I wasn't too farmiliar with Meyer's roles on SNL, but this was a good collection. Insider: There's a Wayne's World with Aerosmith guest stars that's HILARIOUS!

Mike Myers is ver funny and my family enjoyed this DVD very much. One of our favorite skits is the Simon in the bathtub doing drawrings and the bum looker are you looking at my bum is hilarious too.

Got it for my sister for Christmas. She loved Austin Powers movies and some other things....his SNL stuff was just ok.

I had high expectations of this DVD, but found it patchy. Of course, that's usually the way of SNL in general but for one of the world's highest paid comics it is something of an irregularity. For better watching character comedy check out the likes of Paul Whitehouse in Help.

Truly, all the best SNL skits of Mike Myers! A must buy!!! You will laugh for sure! Only thing missing: Hanz and Franz!
