I have been taking these vitamins for over a month and my skin has cleared up less breakouts, less oily. I suffer from a skin condition called HS and I have not had any flares since starting these so that alone is enough for me to continue. I’m less bloated and my menstrual cycle pain is much more manageable. I have started to notice I have MORE energy especially on the early wake ups. I only notice nausea if I take these vitamins WITHOUT a meal and it lasts for about 5–10minutes otherwise it’s not noticeable. I will update this review in another month on the performance.
