Watch overall looks great at first but once you start messing with the links it becomes obvious that this watch is not high quality. Taking off some of the links was an absolute nightmare. The watch comes with a kit that will help push the screws through but it did not push them far enough to take the links off, I had to use a plier to take the screws out which took a lot of fineagling before they eventually came off, which in the process scuffed up the sides of the watch links. Then putting the screw back in to put the watch back together was also difficult- there was no easy way to do that, and I’m sitting here with a partial screw still sticking out and a cracked watch. I have no idea why the watch is so hard to deal with- I have taken links off other watches many times and it has never been so difficult. I feel like It is too late for me to return with all the work done on it so unfortunately I’m stuck with it. It’s wearable at this point but not perfect and highly frustrating. I’m just glad I didn’t spend a ton of money on this watch. On top of all that- the face of the watch and the engraved message are difficult to read- there should have been more of a contrasting color.

I gave this to my son as a graduation gift. He loved it but there were two main problems. The first I noticed upon the initial check. The inscription on the back is very difficult to read. Especially with the band attached. But it was printed as advertised. The second problem was the day after I gave it to my son, the second hand fell off and is now loose inside the face. He told me he didn't drop it or bang it against anything. It just fell off. It is still functional but I was very disappointed that a gift from my heart to him would break the day after being given. I would return it but he spent an hour removing the links to the band to make it fit and I don't want him to have to do it again. Will most likely have to take it to a repair shop and pay to have it fixed.

This product was very well put together in the design department. Unfortunately it was not calibrated and the little hand was very behind so you could not correctly tell time. I was and still am very disappointed. On the good side, my boyfriend says he can fix it and that it’s the thought that counts.

Not sure if this is really wood. Looks nice in the box until you actually take it out. Feels cheap like plastic. Quality feels poor. Returning this Now!
