Pills are a good size, easy to swallow

This product was recommended to my husband and I by a neighbor who takes it for overall pain from aging. I’m a 60 year old woman and my husband is 64. We have noticed an improvement since taking this. I would recommend this as it does help.

These soft-gels are on the large side, but no worries.... they are smooth, soft, and quite easy to swallow. (You swallow much more per swallow ime you eat food.) They are all uniform in color and size, and the content of the bottle smelled fresh. I like the fact that these are 1200 mgs with 540 mgs of Omega 3. Flaxseed Oil (for heart health, circulation, and weight loss/maintenance) is an important part of my daily health and supplement regimin, and I take the quality of every supplement very seriously. Overall, I am very pleased with this Nature's Bounty Flaxseed Oil supplement, and I will definitely be re-ordering this same brand and product when I start to run low. By the way, I also appreciate the lower cost for this bottle of 125 rapid release soft-gels containing the high number of mgs per pill. It's a much better price via Amazon than it would be in my local drugstore... and with my Prime membership, it arrived to my home within 2 days of my order! Faster shipping doesn't just mean that I get it faster. It also means that the product did not travel for days or weeks in the hot sun in order to get to my house, therefore it arrived as unspoiled as possible. Would I recommend this particular supplement? Yes, to everyone. :)

No different than other brands. Seems to be the same or very similar. Nice price.

A needed nutrient for good heart health. Twice the capsules for half the price at the store. What could be better ?

The price and quality are good. I have dry eye so my doctor wants me to take this twice a day, I like it because it does everything fish oil is supposed to do without the aftertaste.

I take one softgel daily with a meal. This formula has the ratios of good oils I like to see. It is my "ounce of prevention" against dry eye and seems to be doing nicely. Recently I added bilberry to my daily regimen and have had even more relief against dry eye and eye fatigue.

I eat a mostly veggies and fruit diet and drink a lot of water. Yet I had a constipation problem. One that the strongest laxatives or fiber would not alleviate. Then about 6 months ago I started taking flaxseed oil capsules twice a day. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Now I rarely feel constipated. It really works!
