My golden puppy LOVES this toy and when our local pet story stopped carrying it, I panicked. Have continuously repurchased this item for my dogs, lasting around 3 weeks to a month, which is good for the heavy chewer she is. Her big brother wants it if she has is to having multiple is a must.Is it indestructible? No.Do they occasionally come apart and we have to throw the whole thing away? YesIs it a toy I know my doggies will love and continue to play with? Absolutely!We do not put it in they cages as it should be at least moderately supervised but this has been one of the few toys they do not destroy within 5 minutes so it is worth every penny.

Bones come and go. This one lasts and lasts. She eats the treats and I can replace them. She also likes to just chew on the bone. Good buy v

My dogs love the treats, one rips them off the bone (so much for the tooth brushing lol) because he can't wait to eat them. With my smaller dog, he will stay busy for at least an hour chewing and then nap. My heavy chewer will go through this in minutes but he still enjoys to chew the ends. Will be buying other products for sure since my two dogs seem to really enjoy this one. One thing to be mindful of, the bristles rip out with my heavy chewer so I always supervise when they have this toy.

Meet Gerald. Gerald is the sweetest boy with the stinkiest mouth. He came that way from the shelter and we have tried anything you can think of to help. While we found plenty of remedies for his actual breath, the tartar would not budge. Then I found these bones, originally for a different dog but the whole pack loved them so I bought one for everybody. These bones last them minimally 30 minutes per play session and I have some HEAVY chewers. The bones seem to overall last 2-3 months before the bristles and surrounding plastic that holds them start to wear away. I toss them at that point to be safe. But they are worth the money in replacement because A. My dogs LOVE them. Prefer them over any other toy or bone. B. They last them a long time in comparison to other toys and chews and C. They actually clean their teeth!!! I cannot recommend them enough.Ps, this is a before and after of Gerald’s teeth after only 3 months and being used around 2-3 times a week.

We've bought many toys and chew toys for our new pup, this is his most favorite! We bought another one for while he's at work with his daddy. He even likes it without the chew ring in it. Highly recommend.

It's probably that my 35 pound dog is an incredible chewer, but she wrecked this 'toy' on the third day. She chewed the 'bone' ends until they were grooved and spiked, picking up all kinds of lint from her fuzzy bed. She must have unscrewed it too by holding one end with her paws and biting the other end. She got it open, took the treats, and chewed the screw pieces until they wouldn't screw closed anymore. Don't trust the materials it's made out of. Medium size. Wasted my money. Still love my dog.

This is one of our (and our dog's) favorite toys. Main benefits:- our dog loves it- helps keep the teeth clean- is very easy to clean (which is quite rare but important). You just unscrew the bone into individual pieces and easily wash them individually.- economical: after you use the included rings, just go to the pet store and buy some dried treats (e.g. dried bits of liver or beef, chicken also works but it tends to be too crumbly). You can then trim/cut the treat bits up into slices of similar width as the original rings and 'refill' very cheaply by putting them between the bristles and cones and squeezing by rotating the bone ends tight. (Bag of treats costs around $10 and lasts a good several weeks with one 'bone treat' per day). Also dried liver that we can buy by weight works very well (and is very inexpensive).We've been using this toy for a few years now, replacing the bone every few months as the bristles and gummy cones get used up, and we all have been very happy with it.(It would be nice if the bristles lasted longer but that's a minor gripe)Highly recommended. It was a great chewing toy for about 10 days until THE END BROKE OFF. The threaded shaft is stuck in the end. I am amazed that it broke. My dog is a 28 pound not some huge tough dog. I am hoping the company will replace it.

Our JRT loved this even before I got the treats in it. He was very busy with it for about 5 minutes before he cracked and licked one treat out of it. It will likely not last a year with that kind of chewing! It's already very scratch. Still I feel it was a very expensive purchase and I only just realized that I will need to buy special disc shape treats to refill it - so I am super happy he likes it and that it it tired him out.

Doesnt last as long as other kongs
