It works well and is easy to use. Safe and Dry!
No complaints! I use this inside a WWII era Mosler safe that use to store valuables in. It keeps the safe interior at 38-42% humidity. Which is great for preventing rust. Leave in for 5-6 days, remove and regenerate desiccant beads, then back into the safe for 5-6 more days. When it is plugged in to regenerate, you can see the moisture evaporating out of the beads on the counter top. More than I thought there would be.

Works like a charm in my small closet!!
2020 seems determined to be the year of all hell, f rom hell! For the first time in 25+ years, it was so humid in NJ that we had mildew in clothes stored in a closet. We bought a larger unit for the room that had the worst of the problem, and used this one in the small closet in the same room. It works really well! Easy to use, perfect since we could not use a plug in unit in a closet, no electric. This dries and "recharges" quickly without getting overly hot. Very happy!

Great for small bathroom
The moisture in my smaller bathroom was frustrating. I wanted a small device to use to help keep Mildew from forming. I keep this on top of the cabinet and I have to plug it in every few days once the colors change. I have noticed a difference and it’s more economical, aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly than damprid bowls, etcI bought 1 to see how I liked it and will buy another for the laundry room.4 out of 5 stars just because I wish I didn’t have to ply it in every few days. Maybe 2 would be better for the space.

It was good while it lasted
It helped a lot during summer time. Kept our main bathroom somewhat dry, but the product stopped working after a few months of use. It won’t charge, so now it’s pretty much useless. If you want a quick fix, it should be fine, but for long term, you might want to try a different dehumidifier.

It works according to my humidity monitor.
My humidity monitor indicates these work well. I use one in a 10 cubic ft safe and 1 in a 13 cubic ft safe.I have them hooked up to a timer that runs 12 hours once per week in the humid Southeast USA. Funny thing is that when the moisture is cooked out (rejuvenate) it raises humidity in the safe during that period but it comes back down within a day. Be prepared to move them during rejuvenation if this will be a problem for you.Much easier than cooking my old desiccant canister in the oven every week.

DO NOT BUY - Unit can "explode" when plugged in to charge
I got this product on August 3rd. On September 21, it killed itself. I've recharged it about once a week to refresh the silica. Today as soon as I plugged it in, there was a loud quick pop, and flash of light. Then smell of smoke. So I unplugged it right away. One of the electronics inside must have exploded. Not sure why, all I did was plug it into the same outlet I've been using it on for over a month without issue before that. Light on it does not work anymore, to indicate charging, so it should be safe to assume the unit is now dead. It does not seem safe to leave it plugged in to test any further. 3 weeks past the return date, and it's already a useless paper weight. It worked decent when it was new but since it's clearly unreliable. It got warm to the touch when recharging, but nothing alarming. Up until now everything seemed fine. I even tested it when I got it by pluging it in both ways, and it seemed to recharge in either orientation. The connector doesn't have any keying to suggest it should go only one way.I would highly suggest buying something else. I would be worried something might happen if someone left it unattended at all when it was recharging.

Mistaken identity
I am updating a bad review I gave this product before understanding the science behind this product. First this is not a dehumidifier it is a moisture absorption device that sucks moisture out of the air and into small silica pebbles that then after the beads swell to capacity you have to remove the device and plug it in, at which time it will passively heat itself up and dry the silica out, then u can place it back in its desired place to repeat the process. The seller contacted me immediately about my bad review to rectify the situation promptly although it was my fault for not paying attention to what I was buying. I was looking for a plug in dehumidifier

Unreliable color beads.
Edit: when I received the beads where very dark, like brown, rather than green, So I charged it out of the box And it lightened so I thought I was good to go, at first it worked better then the last passive dehumidifier I used. It plugged into the wall to recharge with was a pain as it cover the entire outlet, Having a cord is much easier and it makes a noticeable difference in the litter Robot. All was good till about the third charge when none of the beads turned lighter again. This company send out info on getting a year warranty with the product, and I had registered it with them for this extra warranty. so in mid March I contacted them because the color change is a useful part. They said they would replace, however when contacting them again in mid april I was told they would be receiving a new stock the next week and would send it out to me. Its now mid may and I have given, up a replacement has still not arrived. While the casing of this is nice and sturdy, Its not worth the money if it only lasts About a month, Ive moved on to a more diy version where I heat the silica beads in the oven at 200. I wish it worked out, but unfortunately this was a total waste of money.

Barely works
Not powerful enough for a small bathroom. Instructions are not in English and unable to figure out to add more dissolvable crystals for long-term use
