Elegant, fresh, and versatile
Armaf Tres Nuit for Men is an incredibly sophisticated and versatile fragrance. From the first spray, you get a vibrant freshness with green and citrus notes, which later settle into a smooth, woody base. It’s a perfect choice for warm weather and daily wear, offering a subtle yet noticeable elegance. The longevity is quite good for the price, and the projection is moderate, making it ideal for any occasion. Definitely a great perfume for those who want freshness with a refined touch.

Smells amazing
Smells great. On par with club du nuit, just different. Could last a little longer, but definitely not a deal breaker. My wife won't stop sniffing and putting her hands all over me. Someone get her away from me! Lol Very manly.

Nice fragrance with Violet top notes, good scent, great value
As far as the scent goes: it's quite nice: I like it but can't say I love it. For me the scent of Violet flowers predominates early. For me it's more Floral than any of the old-school Masculine colognes I grew up wearing in the 80s.So at first I was finding the scent to be "nice but maybe too feminine for me" but after a few weeks it has grown on me quite a bit.I got it because I thought it might make a good Springtime scent, and I've heard it's a very good Green Irish Tweed clone, so I was curious to see if it's good enough to wear instead of spending $200 or whatever on GIT. I figure I'll get a sample of GIT at some point and compare the two. Some people are mentioning lemon, but I'm definitely not getting the impression of a lemony opening like my bottle of vintage 4711 gives me.Nor am I getting anything like the big neroli opening my sample of Terre d'Hermes Fraiche gave me. According to the ingredients on the box, there's citral, citronellol, and limonene in it, so I assume I should be smelling more citrus scent than I am, but for whatever reason it's not obvious to me.As far as Tres Nuit's comparison to Cool Water, I really don't get that. And I say that as the owner of a bottle of Vintage Cool Water.(Btw, the word Davidoff is written in the same italic font that the words Cool Water are written in on the vintage bottles. Davidoff is written in ALL CAPS on the modern bottles. You can find the vintage bottles on eBay if you hunt around a bit, and they're better than the modern version).I could never confuse Tres Nuit with vintage Cool Water. For starters I don't really notice the Violet in the Cool Water and that's actually the main thing I notice in Tres Nuit. In fact if I hadn't read about the similarities it never would have occurred to me that they are any.For me vintage Cool Water smells like more of a fougere-style "green" scent and more "me" and "masculine" than Tres Nuit does. And frankly I prefer it by quite a bit. But then I'm in my 40s so the culture of my youth that might be why I feel that why. That isn't to say Tres Nuit is a bad scent -- it's not. It's actually quite nice. And I do wear it sometimes. But like all fragrances, it's not for everyone. The initial impression is the projection is decent-to-good. I've noticed some scents don't last too long on my middle-aged skin, which is noticeably drier than it was in my youth, and living in the coastal desert of LA for so long doesn't help. I discovered that some of my fragrances which I had thought had weak longevity (like Varvatos Vintage) actually last a long time on my clothes (overnight or longer). So the next time you think a scent is under-performing, you might want to try spraying it on your shirt and see if you can still smell it there in the morning. If you can, then its longevity is actually fine, and you might want to try applying a moisturizer before spraying on your favorite fragrance, because they last longer on moist skin.Packing/Presentation:I was pleased to see the bottle was weighty and solid (even the cap)Btw, my bottle is indeed blue, but it's such a dark blue that it looks almost black unless there's a strong light on it or better yet shining through it.Packing was good. The back of the bottle says "fragrance made in France" in small print (along with the manufacturing date: 2017 for mine). The leather casing has more writing on the bottom which proclaims it's an EDT. The box it came in says it's 80% alcohol.Blind buys are always a bit of a crapshoot, so if you can try before you buy then that's obviously the smarter choice. But if you can't find any to try, and you can pick this up for just $25-$35 you can't go too far wrong, now can you?If you don't like it and can't return it, just give it away -- if you got this as a gift you would assume this cost at least $50.I got mine for about $25 from Hammad's Bargains, who shipped it quickly and packaged it well.

Green Irish Tweed? or a headache monster?
Not sure what Creeds GIT smells like so I can't compare. I was very excited to try this out after the really great reviews. Unfortunately it's not to my liking which is ok. Clean out of the shower scent with a grassy fresh air scent.Only issue with the product is something in the formulation gives me a headache. I wore it for a few hours today and initial spray is strong but not overwhelming almost like a lemon mopping concentrate it what I can describe it as. The comparison to Cool water isn't there for me I love cool water and this isn't it. One customer described it as a sweet sickly smell and I can understand it did not work for me at all. Projection about 2 hrs and then fades away. If your in your 20s or mid 20s it's a perfect everyday wear. For me it was a no go.

The scent is captivating, exuding an aura of sophistication and charm that immediately draws compliments from others. The opening notes of lemon and bergamot are refreshing and invigorating, setting the tone for a delightful olfactory experience. As the fragrance settles, the heart notes of lavender and violet take center stage, adding a touch of floral elegance to the composition. The base notes of musk, cedarwood, and ambergris provide a warm and alluring foundation that lingers throughout the day. I was impressed by the longevity of this fragrance.
