Exactly as advertised, perfect replacements for a great toothbrush.
This brush head worked exactly as well as the one that came with the iO9 originally. I should comment that my last Hygiene appointment, the Hygienist and the Periodontist / Oral surgeon said they have never seen teeth so clean for a 3 month appt. That's a real product test. Given what oral surgery or implants cost, these brushes are worth the money.As an engineer, I took apart the old brush head this one replaced. The clarity of design was clear inside and out. The mechanism of the brush isolates any residue from the rest of the mechanism. The internal design mechanically limits excessive force into the brush movement.
