Used this product for years, good for the machine, and cleans mugs as well, even tea staining.

Great coffee utensil cleaner
Great coffee utensil cleaner as a price where it would get more regular use.Not yet tried it for back flushing as I still have original sage tablets to use. I suspect it’s not going to be quite as easy as using a tablet but hopefully not too messy.Will work out much cheaper than sage tablets and recommended as a cost effective alternative by a sage dealer.Hope the power doesn’t solidify in the container though. No sign of it yet but I keep it in an air tight bag.

Good Stuff
Used for years on my Gaggia Classic and it works very well. Live in a soft water area so no descaling needed just removal of coffee oil. Lasts for ages.

Arrived onetime and in perfect condition
This product was recommended by a friend, I haven't had time to try it on my machine, but from the results on my friend's machine I expect it to be really very good.
