Fabulous. Strong and big
I was looking for a heated airer but thought they were a bit too expensive, I also needed a heavy duty one as my last one broke as was a bit cheap and not very sturdy. I was amazed at how big this airer was when I put it together. Which is very easy and the poles are in lettered bags and instructions are easy to follow. It doesn’t fold flat, but all the sides fold down when not in use. It is also on castors so it is easy to move it around. My clothes dry within a day as there are gaps between the clothes when they are hanging, so the air can circulate. I can get 2 loads of washing on it and there are 4 adults in my house. Very impressed with this and highly recommend. So much better and cheaper than using my tumble dryer now.

The best airer I have had
This is a wonderful clothes airer! I have had other types and this is the best I have had. My husband and I were surprised at the number of pieces in the box but assembled it quite easily It is quite tall and I was able to put a whole load of towels plus another load of clothes on it and there is enough space between the rails to allow them to dry well. The rails don’t leave lines across the clothes the way that thin wires do. It moves easily on its wheels and is both sturdy and stable. The rails fold down which is space saving when you have less clothing on the rails.

Easy to assemble
However the rods keep coming out. Not very steady in light windy conditions when used outdoors

This is a giant of a product, dwarfs my mum :)
I can't say whether the product is super sturdy or durable or super maneuverable yet, we've only had it 3 weeks or there about. Bought it for my mum who is totally old school and looks after her stuff very well, so it won't be manhandled or over burdened/overloaded or dragged from room to room over different floor surfaces, it will stay sedately in the scullery next to her washing machine and tumble dryer for the next twenty years! Assembly was fun, reminiscent of an Airfix kit or a good puzzle; read the instructions, everything is numbered so nothing can really go wrong. On the whole it seems an okay product but time will tell if this is a worthwhile piece of kit or just another low budget candidate for the recycling bin. I am hoping it is the former which will delight my eco and economic sensibilities.

Not sturdy
Such an useless product which always dismantles itself, not sturdy at all. Makes so much noise when the pipes come off and a really annoying product.

I'm almost blind and I could put it together. Easy Peasy
The 3 pictures show scale next to the back door as high as the door; shelf open; shelf closed.I am severely sight impaired - I have about 5% eyesight left - and I did hesitate a little when I realised how many pieces I had to put together. My wife wanted to return it straight away. She didn’t want anything to do with it after that. It took me 3 hours of patiently and diligently carefully going through it. I dropped 1 screw; however they must have supplied extra as I had enough screws. I did it, I built. And very satisfying it was tooMy wife overloaded it once (perhaps out of revenge?) by putting everything on the top in high winds - Oh yes she merrily uses it now – it came crashing down. It’s not fixed to the floor and has relatively small feet for its height. The one bar bent, but as its metal, it was easy to straighten again, and put humpty dumpty together again. Education about using the other racks has yielded the ability to dry more stuff so we haven’t seen that top overloading trick again.Overall a great dryer, easy to put up, even a blind man can do it ha ha!

Self-assembly required
I'm glad I read the reviews first, because one thing about this item is really important: all the component parts are bagged and labelled by type, and if you take them out of the packaging before you need them, you're going to have a job working out what goes where. Other than that, a lot of the negative comments seems spurious. Yes, there is a lot of assembling, but it's not rocket science. The diagram provided is far too small, but pretty easy to interpret: it's literally a case of Insert Part A into Slot B, repeatedly. If something looks like it doesn't fit right, it's probably because the section it attaches to wasn't pushed all the way in. It is a large indoor airer, so if you want a small airer or an outdoor airer, look elsewhere. It includes a total of 16 screws, phillips head, of which 12 only need hand-tightening. I was a bit perturbed to find that most of the structure is push-fit, but the joints are very tight, so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm under 5' tall and I can reach the top level by the simple means of reaching up with my arms. I would definitely not use it to do pull-ups on, but then that's not what it's designed to do. It doesn't fold flat, but it's not designed to. Basically, if you are happy to self-assemble and want an airer that functions and looks like this one, you're probably going to be happy. If you want something else, then, huh, buy that instead?

Great item but one pole in bag H is shorter than the rest so now have less hanging space!
Looks very sturdy and plenty of space. However one of the poles is shorter than the rest. I’ve tried to ask the seller to send me another pole out, but nowhere to message the only option is to return the whole product. After putting the rest together I don’t want to mess around taking it all apart again. Please just send me the correct pole
