We like the exercise ladder that we use at the PT office. Most of the other options to purchase one were wooden, needed to be attached to a wall and were much more expensive. This one is portable, easily fits over any door and is made of quality materials and at 1/3 of the prices of the wooden options. Love it!

Purchased while recovering from shoulder surgery and frozen shoulder. Worked really really well; quality build/construction, and definitely became part of my regular stretch routine. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The portable finger ladder is perfect for my needs. Attached to the door, it does not move when I use it. It was easy to install and can be removed for travel. It works well and I have no complaints.

Using for rehab after shoulder replacement. It is very sturdy and practical. It is also a visual to do the exercises after rehab. Good product!
