Do these jars stack well on top of each other without sliding?

Do these jars seal for water bath canning?

I bought 4 sets of these and about 10 of them unsealed after a few days. I was hearing popping coming from the jars and found the centers popped up. I bought better caps and lids and made another batch of jelly and there was no problem. They are very nice jars but I would buy good quality caps and lids for canning in a water bath.
