Good leather conditioner
I've used Fiebing's Golden Mink Oil for 30 odd years for leather work boots to keep the leather conditioned, soft and water resistant. Goes on easily, good odor. The boot uppers look great and feel great after 4-5 years of heavy use even though the soles are completely shot because the Mink Oil keeps the leather in good shape.

Genuinely very happy with this
I used it on nubuck boots, I can now say these boots are way softer and water runs off them like plastic. There is almost no shine either, so Im a fan of this product.
