Perfect size
We have the high end ice pads which work well. These pads are awesome! They fit all of the way across my lower back and stay flat so I am comfortable. We got four for the price of one of the high priced pads. We can roll them up or wrap them around oue limbs. Great product!

Simple, Effective, and So Useful!
These reusable gel packs are a staple in my home now. I love that they can be used for both hot and cold therapy, depending on what you need. Whether it’s a sore muscle, a twisted ankle, or even cramps, they do the job. They’re easy to freeze or heat up, stay flexible when cold, and the material feels durable and well-made. Good sizes but poor durability
These come in a nice assortment of sizes, and the gel remains flexible even when cold. They have limited heat capacity, because they are thin and relatively small, so only enough for about 10 minutes of cooling. Unfortunately, the durability is modest, and after two years of occasional use, every single one of them had burst.

Keeps cool and flexible
These ice jell packs stay soft and cold. My wife and daughter loves them. They also fit in a cooling vest.

Good size for backs & VERY cold!
Have used smaller ice packs in the past. These larger packs are perfect for my husbands back. VERY cold so we use a hand towel between his back & the pack.

AWFUL, did not even last a full three months
Got these for my husband who pulled a muscle in his back mid-January and only used as ice packs, never tried them in the microwave. The first ice pack burst and got the weird blue goo everywhere. Okay, well, we figured this was a fluke, as we inspected the remaining ice packs and they seemed fine. Wrong! Last night, three more of the packs burst, and what is strange is that they were perfectly fine when I put them on my husband's back, yet when he got up, he had that blue goo ALL OVER HIS BACK and the bed. It was disgusting and I spent considerable time cleaning up the mess. These packs have not even been used half a dozen times and I'm not manhandling them; I do not even want to imagine what might've happened if I'd actually tried putting these in the microwave. Maybe we got a bad batch, since I see these got glowing reviews from many, but I would never recommend this particular product to anyone.

They seem like good quality
I don’t know if it was a fluke or if they are just not made well. One of them busted on the first use and I had to throw it away. Disappointing but at least the rest are okay so far.

Phenomenal large ice packs!!!!!
These ice/heat packs are AMAZING!!!!!!!! Would buy again in a heartbeat. They are large. Perfect for shoulders, backs etc. BEST pick ever!
