q&a says this does not rotate 360 degrees but the description says it does...what is the true answer?....thanks

I just bought 2 of these and yes the ad says it rotats 360 degrees which is a must for us. It does NOT rotate 360 degrees as the seller advertises. However, there is a small setscrew which rides in a groove in the moving pump portion. I will remove this setscrew and see how that works. I think the screw is to reduce play in the assembly but no info from the seller in their info sent with the pump.

How wide is the base and how tall from counter top to top of dispenser?

3.25" high and 1.5 inches at the base.

am i missing something here or does the top move side to side a lot?

Yes it does move slightly. if you hit it doesn’t break off Like all the other ones. That’s the first thing I thought of when I seen it . after I hit it, and seen the Movement I was happy moved I hope this helps
