Best Little Bundt Cakelets
WOW WOW WOW!!!! I am just getting into quality bakeware and this was worth every penny. It was less expensive on here than the website direct. It was so super easy to use. A few tips use Bakers Joy baking spray and then a light dusting of flour. I followed the recipe that came with it and I had to add an extra 10 mins bake time to let the cakes set. I did the 25 mins plus another 10. Wait and let the cakes cool for 10-20 mins before you place them on the cooling tray and then let the pan air dry. The baked bits will just flake off with your finger. Wipe it clean with a paper towel and then use some soapy water and rinse it out. No need to really scrub at all. I also used a soft bottle brush to give it that quick wash. Not harsh at all and got into the crevices. Not like that really needed to be clean. This little pan is such a gem. Amazing quality and heavy too! This is the kind of product that is heirloom. It also makes you feel so fancy and elegant so effortlessly. I skipped the glaze and just did a light dusting of powdered sugar. Beautiful little masterpieces! Looking forward to more pieces as the years go on. You won’t regret this purchase.
