Excellent laptop for the money
The laptop came almost brand new, with unnoticeable imperfections. Please note that you can very easily deactivate S mode and try to update all of your drivers as soon as you get the PC, it also helps to use a performance mode, if not, the laptop will feel slow. Here are some pros and cons I found:PROS:Big, 1080p screen.Slim form factor.Sturdy.Keyboard is not too clicky nor too smushy.Fast performance.CONS:Screen is TN so viewing angles are extremely limited.Storage is not expandable.RAM is not expandable. It has a RAM slot but I don't know if it's possible to use, doesn't look like it, as it only lists one RAM slot and that is the onboard memory. All in all, it's a great laptop, quick and responsive for students and office work. I highly recommend it if the cons I mentioned are not a deal-breaker to you.

Good choice for general browsing
I bought this for my mom to replace her old desktop, and it works great for her general browsing, email access, etc.Acer is always reliable. The small flash drive storage is fine for her needs, and makes it a cheaper option, she doesn't need a huge HDD for storage.

I'm very pleased with my new Acer laptop!
The screen and overall size is larger than the old Acer I have, which is what I wanted. The price can't be beat for what I need this laptop for. Very pleased, and delivery was great.

Great Laptop for the price
Great laptop overall, love the display, has decent hardware. Display is great although you have to adjust saturation of the display. Performance is great not super fast but for a budget laptop its fine. Battery easily last 8 hrs or more depending on what task your doing. The laptop is completely fanless, this to me is a huge plus, less noise and not having to clean the cooling fan often due to dust building up inside the case. I would say my only complaint is for some weird reason the sound quality especially using youtube watching videos the sound is extremely low, but based on my research this is due to some setting call "enhancement" removed in the realtek driver version that allows a feature called loudness equalization, its not terrible but can be louder. My suggestion is if you going to use this laptop disable windows s mode, its very limited, havent noticed a difference in performance after turning this off. There is also a slot to upgrade the 4 gb of ram that comes built in the device. If you purchase it would be wise to upgrade the 4GB of ram to at least 8GB for a boost in performance.
