Praktisch und gut!
Ich hatte bislang nur beschichtete Pfannen aus Sorge, dass etwas klebt oder anbrennt. Das passiert hier nicht, die Gerichte werden super, die Pfanne kann in die Spülmaschine, ich muss auf keine Beschichtung mehr achten - top WMF Qualität!

Ne se déforme pas à la chaleur, fond solide et épais. Comme tout poêle en inox, d'abord bien chauffer avec matière grasse, puis seulement mettre la viande ou le poisson. très contente de la qualité

Very good if treated correctly
We have this 20 cm pan and its 24 cm companion and are delighted with them. Both are well designed and finished, and come up to expectations as long as one follows the maker's instructions for use and cleaning. If you ignore these, you have only yourself to blame. These pans are significantly heavier than their cheaper equivalents, and someone with below-average strength might find them difficult to manipulate.
