I got this for my hiking trip in Sedona. I have an extremely tight IT band and knee problems, but they weren’t going to stop me from hiking. I applied these in the suggested areas and I did NOT feel ANY pain or tightness going up or coming down the rocks and mountains. Everything was secure. Even after I took them off, no pain! They worked better than my knee braces! I would recommend these over and over. The only thing that I would suggest is to not apply lotion or sunscreen prior to applying the tape - it won’t stick at all.

I was more than a bit sceptical but after seeing pro athletes using it, I figured I'd give it a try. After the first application for my shoulder I was convinced it really does seem to speed recovery and reduce inflammation post workout. Kind of hard to apply alone, much easier having another person familiar with the application process apply the strips

It feels great but I think bought the wrong one. I used this today a couple of hours before training and it felt great, however, when I got into the pool, after 40 minutes the tape came out. The adhesive wasn’t strong enough to withstand a 40 minute swim. I’m still gonna use it, but I’m gonna try the Pro Extreme next to see if it goes better under water. If you swim and are thinking about buying this one, don’t. Maybe buy the pro or pro extreme. This one, as the sign says (that I didn’t read) is best for general day wear. lol. Read the product description before buying stuff. (Note to self)

I really like this tape. I use it for sore muscles and sprains. Very sticky,and I like that it's cut. I bought the purple one that's cotton. I can't use the synthetic type. When I shower it doesn't come off. This is the 1st time and I will become a customer in near future.

I truly feel this tape is really good stuff. Performance is awesome. I have used this tape in addition to using Kilo strips. My left hand has seven pins and a plate and some surgery on the ulnar nerve into my hand, often times I need support and ease from the pain. Highly recommend KT tape to assist in this issue. These tapes are very durable and lightweight and adhere to your body perfectly. Easy to apply and very cost-effective compared to regular stores when you try to buy it Amazon has the best price so far that I have found. you can cut the strips into any length or shape that you need necessary. Follow the directions on the package when you’re ready to remove it just jump in the shower for a few moments and peels right off.
