Lansinoh 4% Lidocaine Perineal Spray, Pain Relief for Postpartum Care, 3.5 Ounces

This spray is wonderful. It works very quickly and lasts a good length of time. It lasts about 6 hours for me. Doesn't help with any itching though. But you can use a hydrocortisone cream for that.I recommend this spray for pain relief.

Had an emergency c section unexpectedly and this spray honestly saved me. It works just about immediately, and helps with pain relief so much so that sometimes I was even able to use this instead of pain medication at times. Just spray as needed, in my case I would say the effects lasted for around 3 hours or so before starting to feel pain again. Definitely a life saver for when you need to get up at 2 am for your fussing baby. I kept mine in the bathroom to use whenever I got up, but it could be kept by your bedside as well, for convenience.

It works, but contains alcohol and burns like crazy the first 20-30 seconds

This is the only thing I trust postpartum was given dermoplast in the hospital after the first delivery and that one burns. This one doesn't. Numbs enough so I could use the bathroom with ease. Huge value for the money I think I ended up using 2 or 3 bottles of it to recover more likely 2. Easy Application though I wish it could be used upside down. No smell

Tried everything when I get a flare up put some of this and some ointment in toilet paper fold up and put in crack, instant long-lasting relief. Wish I found this 10yrs ago.

I haven't used it yet because I haven't given birth yet, but I read over the fact that it contains alcohol which you should try to avoid using on you hoo haa
