One Pan Perfect

Great book. Love Donna Hay. But beware: did not arrive on schedule, very late. No explanation. No firm adjusted date. Just did not show up. Very disappointed.

The book is full of quick and simple recipes. I have cooked multiple recipes from this, that have all been incredibly flavoursome. Because of the one pan element, I am usually cleaned up and eating within 40-45 minutes. There is usually a couple of knives, a chopping board and the pan to wash only. I am extremely happy with the book and of course, with Donna Hay, the book is just beautiful too. The photography and presentation is classic Donna Hay.

As with all Donna Hay books, the photos whet the appetite so you go to cook - and if you follow the recipe they come out looking just like the photos and tasting just as you imagine. I am never disappointed with a Donna Hay book or recipe.

I love Donna Hay and have her other books but this one is really amazing - delicious recipes easy to prepare 👍🏻
