Unsure at first, but this thing is pretty awsome
I bought this product to use for my small business. I have zero prior knowledge of cutting machines and figured this would be one of the better affordable options. I receive this fairly fast. I first made wedding invitations using the pen writing feature for a friend to test it out. It took me 4 hours to get this thing to outline 3 invitations because it wouldn't work properly ( I had it directly plugged into my laptop). So I automatically assumed it was broke because it was loading the paper, registering for a second, and freezing.My husband thought it was ridiculous to spend the money I did on this thing so I wasn't about to give up.... long story short. It was my laptops USB connector that is messed up and it wouldn't connect properly. I found this out when I connected it via Bluetooth and I have yet to have another issue.ATM I have had it for 3 weeks and have printed over 200 mini vinyl clothing labels and its worked great. I will warn you after several vinyl prints I noticed the upper right corner from inches 8 to 12 tend to not cut through as well, but overall it is a great product, quick to learn, and easy to use once you know what your doing.Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amaaaazzzzing!
The media could not be loaded. Set up took a minute and I straight away managed to do a demo cut. This took minutes or less.It does exactly what you want done with superb precision. It's a solid machine which at present works amazingly.Colour is nice and it's huge so you can print large pieces.These are pricey but they work amazingly fast. Highly recommend for all.

Great Machine, Hours of fun. Careful it can become an obsession and another career
Great device. I bought this to help with my daughter's wedding preparations and so far I have etched glasses, created place names, made T shirts and stickers. I now have friends asking me to produce various things which I am delighted to do for them

I love this.
This machine has expanded the number of crafts I can complete.The box contains the machine, cables and a blade.There is also a small envelope with some black vinyl to complete a test cut.You'll need to buy mats (minimum 12" x 12") and tools to get started.

Good if/when it works...
The first (Windows desktop) install I remember being difficult but we eventually got it working and it worked really well. After a few months without use we can no longer access the design space, we tried following all the info and suggestions online "clear the cache", still nothing. Have a look yourselves, it's a common problem.So, have attempted to use the mobile app instead, attempt to save a project "something went wrong...".At this point I'm considering throwing it against a wall... Impression is that while Cricut can make a good product, the software support isn't fit for purpose.At this point I can only review it as a paper weight.Expensive.Quite sturdyEasy to use, simply place on top of your paper
