The box currently pictured and ingredients listed are not what I received. Ingredients for the older K-Y jelly are: Water, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Gluconolactone, Methylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide, and Chlorhexadine Digluconate. The product received, however, is labelled K-Y jelly classic glide and ingredients are: Water, Propylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Benzoic Acid, Carbomer, and Sodium Hydroxide. The older formula was not irritating at all, so I purchased this based on the ingredient list. Beware of the listing being incorrect.

Product shipped is not what's shown
I ordered this after looking at the first picture that came up which shows the original KY box. This is Glide instead which is much thinner product. This is misrepresented and they won't accept the return even though none of the packaging was opened. You stand a better chance of getting struck by lightning than getting to talk to a person at Amazon instead of a chat bot. And about KY Glide, I think it's pretty worthless. If you only need it for 2 minutes or less it's fine, anything longer it really sucks.
