Brought this computer to use for a "work from home job". It passed the necessary tests. I am now approved to start working. No issues so far. Worth the money. Lots of storage and the speed was well above the average I needed to work for this particular company.

This lap top was almost as new no scratches no mark great lap top battery is okay was easy to set up it runs at great speed definitely worth the buy .. overall the lap top is a good quality

Physically, the laptop I received looks brand new, with some slight wear around the USB-C port that's hardly worth mentioning. The screen was scratch free, and no perceptible wear on the keys or touchpad. The power supply was obviously used, and even came with a sample of the previous owners hair (gross!). Battery life has been great. After the initial charge, I've been running (mostly idle) for over two weeks and battery life is just under half. All in all, I'm very happy with the condition of the laptop.Now for the bad. The laptop had not been "renewed." It booted up to a login screen for the previous owner's domain (BP Oil). There was no way for me to directly login. I had to log into the BIOS and force it to boot from USB so I could access it. After getting in, I could see that the previous owner's files were still there. I reformatted the drive and loaded a fresh copy of Windows 10 and I'm able to use it as I need to now, but this would be a deal breaker for most people. The former owner (BP Oil) and their vendor (TekRefurbs.com ) broke every rule in the cybersecurity rulebook on this one. They need to do a better job at protecting their assets.

I had bought this laptop a couple weeks ago and it was working fine for a couple days but then started having issues starting up and it would turn itself off and go to a blue screen after using it for a couple minutes. I tried contacting the company but they said they don’t do returns. thankfully my friend has a lot of computer knowledge and helped me find the problem which was a faulty hard drive!! it wasn’t even the correct hard drive inside of the laptop and i had to go buy a new one and spend 60 dollars, my friend ended up putting it in and having to reinstall all the software to get it to turn on. after 3 days he was finally able to repair it but this should not have been an issue I faced and the seller should have fixed the problem since it wasn’t user error. I would’ve spend hundreds if i would’ve taken it to a technician so be aware!!

I could not be more satisfied with my laptop, and this company! Tekreferbs shipped my package early due to my needs. The laptop was packaged so well there was no way it could have been damaged during the delivery process! My product looks and runs like it is brand new. I can't say enough good things about Tekreferbs! Thank you so much for the courteous customer service and great product! You definitely have a repeat customer!

The media could not be loaded. So far so good my laptop Come well packaging i can't complain. I would like to know if that laptop has a touchscreen option because i Can find it on device Manager. Can someone help me

It came quickly and well packages. Unfortunately there are some keys on the keyboard that don't work. I need to return it.
