10/10 all bottles came in perfect condition but it did take about a month to be delivered

The one star is for the packaging. The water is amazing and love that it’s glass. The packaging USED to be great… no broken bottles. I order this water monthly but the last two deliveries the packaging has changed. Most of the bottles were broken. Water had soaked the box along with other boxes delivered at the same time. Please go back to the other way of packaging.

I changed vendors, and I was pleased with the delivery service. The glass bottles arrived safely and quickly on time as promised.Saratoga water is the only water that settles well on my stomach because the taste is refreshing and smooth.Highly recommend.

The flavor of water is its temperature. Think about it, warmer water doesn’t taste as good. Or as the temperature of the water changes so does the flavor.The colder the water the crisper the taste and “flavor”.I had this water recently at a restaurant and immediately looked up where I could buy it.We live in a place with hard water. Despite filtering water through the fridge (and constantly changing the filter) the water just does not taste good. So we now drink bottle water. These come in glass bottles, so even better no plastic.And now I see this water all over. It’s one of the sponsors for Top Chef this season. I had never seen it before. Makes me think they did a hard launch with such a big sponsorship.Regardless this water tastes great and fresh and crisp.
