Like the pan very much, and boy, is it ever non-stick - any more so, and it would just throw the food at you. Can use a lot less butter or oil too than in a stainless steel pan, and the cooked food slides right out. The composite handle is attractive and stays cool enough to hold. I am cautious about anything non-stick, glazed, etc that is made in china, even if it claims to be lead free, it often isn't, but I could not find a bad word about this particular brand, so, taking a chance. The cookware can survive an occasional trip through the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended, and in my short experience, is all that is needed. A little hot water, wipe it out, and you are done. 5 stars, contingent on me not finding out later that it's not lead-free.

I order a lot from Amazon so I usually don't write a review. However I was so impressed by this cookware I thought people should know. I just finished cleaning it after making beef stroganoff. I tilted the pan to put the contents into a dish and it slid right in. I ONLY used vegetable spray before cooking. Then I wiped it clean with a paper towel easily before hand washing and after the rinse all of the water was almost gone. Another paper towel and it was ready to store until next time. I CAN'T Believe the quality for any price and it was very affordable. Getcha some you won't be disappointed

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!I WAS USED TO MY STICKY NON-STICK PANS HAVING TO FORCE THE SPATULA UNDER THE EGGS OR WHATEVER I'M COOKING I TRIED TO TAKE EGGS OUT OF THIS PAN THE OLD USUAL WAY AS SOON AS THE SPATULA TOUCHED THE EGGS IT SLID THEM RIGHT OUT OF THE PAN UNDER THE TOP OF THE STOVE. THIS PAN IS DEFINITELY NON-STICK. BE CAREFUL WITH THE SPATULA!

These are awesome! When they say non stick, they mean non stick! The pan depth is great, more than enough space to cook things like sausage or chip beef gravy. Been using for a couple months now and still no issues with scratching or warping. Seems like a very durable pan. Between the price and the quality, especially the quality of the non stick, I would highly recommend.

So far, I really like this pan. I liked that it was a neutral color. I liked the size of it. And I liked that it came with a lid. I also read in another review that it came with a screwdriver to put on the handle. That seems like a nice perk. I was looking for a ceramic pan that did not have a bunch of toxic chemicals. I was a little concerned that it would be too heavy or that I would not like the handle because it was a different shape from the previous pan I was using, but I actually really like it and it is very lightweight and easy to hold. It was also very easy to put together with the screwdriver. It also cooks my cabbage just how I like it. Cabbage still sticks to the pan, and I do cook with extra-virgin olive oil, but I suppose that is to be expected. The only downside is that the color has tiny little flecks all over it, so I suppose it could be hard to tell if the pan is clean and if it’s food, or if it is just the design of the pan. So just be sure to wash the pan well!The reason for 4 stars is I just discovered that the metal on the lid is coming off as dark stuff when I wipe it with a paper towel. I’m not sure what the material is, but this is concerning.

Writing this review after first use - first to anyone buying this pan or other of same species - you must only use medium heat as high heat will destroy non stick properties. Use lid and food will probably cook as fast.I purposely did not use any butter or oil in making eggs to test the non stick qualities - superb !!!! The eggs slid off the pan effortlessly, and what clean up? There was nothing left in the pan. Rinse it off with soap just for precaution but the pan is super functional, effortless cooking and cleaning, does all without bio hazard or sticking and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommended !!!

I don't leave many reviews. Mostly because I don't have time with 3 daughters under 7 and 3 cats. However, I feel compelled to share my opinion in hopes that it may give you the same satisfaction I have gotten from this pan. I have cooked eggs, steak and potato strings so far and have had the easiest cleanup experience ever. Perhaps my previous pans were that poor, requiring a elbow tingling scrub pressure to remove steak and egg pieces. Nevertheless, this pan deserves 5 stars. I will never use anything else and it has made my life easier. I highly recommend purchasing one of them.

Nice size pan with lid. They also sent nice screwdriver to attach handle. The handle attaches on the outside so you don't get food stuck in the screws. Wish all pans were made like this.Very happy with purchase!
