Not happy with HP laptop. Don't buy
This laptop is slow as a sloth. Doesn't load pages 70 percent of the time, even if I only have one tab open. It's not user friendly for a casual laptop user. Freezes all the time, black and blue screen, opens tab by itself. Did factory reset 4 different times to try and get better performance. Touch pad and screen not always responsive. Graphics are okay. Touch screen doesn't always respond, neither does the touch pad. Battery life lasts about 4/5 hours. I was leery about buying an HP laptop. I had one many years ago and wasn't happy with that one either. I thought I would give HP another chance, I'm sorry I did. Now I have to save to get another laptop.
