Not Suitable for Steaks on Ceramic Electric Hob
After using this pan several times, I gave up on it: It just does not transfer enough heat to make steaks on a ceramic electric hob, even when letting it heat up on max for a long time. (I have several other pans, including griddle, steel and cast iron, that all work fine on my hob.) The problem is probably a combination of the grid-lines being too thin and the base insulating too much. That may work on gas or induction, but on a ceramic electric hob the pan is unusable. The grid pattern also makes it more difficult to clean than my classic straight-lines griddle pan. I would give one star, but I really like the detachable handle. Pity it's on a pan I cannot use.

La robustezza. E' molto pesante e consente un'ottima cottura senza che i cibi si attacchino. Ottimo prodotto

Benutze die Pfanne jetzt seit 3 Jahren ca. 2 Mal im Monat sagen wir 50 Mal benutzt. Immer mit Hand und Schwamm geputzt.NUN löst sich in der Mitte die Beschichtung.Steaks werden 1A mit Rauten Muster :)Jeder wo keinen Grill hat und sich gerne teureres Fleisch selbst zubereitet wirklich ein Muss :)
