Flour Sifter - 5 Cup Fine Mesh Hand Crank Sifter Stainless Steel with Agitator Wire Loop for Baking, Powdered Sugar Duster Set

When I received this, the first thing that I noticed was that it looked like it had been opened. Then when I took the flour sifter out, I noticed there was no flour duster which was supposed to be included with this purchase. So I returned the product and asked for a replacement.The replacement product arrived a few days later and though the box was still a bit chewed up, the inside products were both there as they should have been in the first place.The flour sifter does work well. The 5 cup capacity is a nice size for me and because it it stainless steel, it resists rusting (although I still would not put it throught the dishwasher). I never put any of my things in the dishwasher because I find they get ruined, so I had wash everything. That is probably why my things last so well. I hand wash and dry them and they stay looking new and they last so much longer.This is the 2nd flour sifter that I have purchased and it is sturdy and works well for not only flour, but powdered sugar and lots of other dry foods. I am happy with this purchase.

This stainless steel flour sifter is well made. It measures 4.5" in diameter x 6" in length. The bottom has a sight funnel and the exit hole is 2.75" in diameter. It has a nice full size handle securely attached to the side. The mixer is made with two round hoops that spin when the handle is turned. The screen is a fine mesh and securely attached to the can. All in all a nice design.

Loved the capacity.Handle for the inside roller is on the 90° angle on the cup and hard to rotate.I wish it was on 135° position.

I bought the sifter specifically for sifting confectioners sugar. The capacity is 5 cups, more than my standard softer. It does a good job, is easy to clean. Good value for the price.

This has about a 20 mesh screen which is what I would expect for breaking up clumps and it does its job well. Very well made with a protective ring around the screen. There are 4 beater arms which speed the process, and the quality says it will last for years. For those of us who grind our own flour a 40 mesh screen version of this would be fantastic. That's what we use to remove some of the bran which inhibits rising of flour. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with this. So much better than the squeeze handle, fall apart contraptions sold everywhere.

Does not work at all. A little flour will fall through but it does not work as it’s supposed to. The turning knob is too high and the cutters do not touch the screen so it does not force the ingredients through the screen. Not a well made product. Saw this in reviews but others said it work3d great. Must be a manufacturer issue because it does not touch the screen use for sifting.Safe yourself the hassle and purchase a different brand.

I had sifter and it fell apart due to age. I like the size of this one plus it is a turn handle and easier for me to use

Stainless steel is the only way to go with a sifter and this product does the job. Double whisk blades inside sift flours excellently. Sturdy turning wheel and handle makes it a breeze. However, it is slightly difficult to clean the inside of the sifter netting because of the double whisks. A little hard to fit fingers around the inside creases to clean it but it's doable, although I have large hands so this may be an issue just for me. Would definitely recommend.
