Product arrived in extremely well-packed foam. However, there was a defect on mine that must have made it past quality control. The edge was unrefined and sharp, and it managed to cut a foot (not a pretty sight). Knowing this is a quality control error, I contacted them to let them know and have been fighting an uphill battle to get replies. Terrible first experience with this brand, so any prospective buyers please inspect and take pictures of your mats when you receive them!!!

The glass mat itself meets expectations, however to not include a inexpensive and vitally needed component for it to function properly is inexcusable.The least expensive glass mat is $300 - every mat should include the larger sized rubber grommets (Stabil-a-dots) instead of making the customer wait an additional 2-3 weeks before they can use the product as intended. I had to re-adjust the position of this everyday that I had it since it arrived because this essential item was offered separately, free of charge, but not included with the purchase of the product. The cost of these for Vitrazza when purchased in bulk is negligible when considering the impact it has on the product. The smaller included dots are inadequate, there's no justifiable reason why the larger ones are not included by default with the initial purchase.

It's economically better to just get the cheap plastic mats, and if you use the dots that come with the mat it just allows dirt and dust to get underneath the matt. No forever warranty!

The instructions for this product contains various warnings, providing methods for handling without scratching (including the inclusions of a plastic tool to lift the mat), and offering the sale of a special cleaner to preserve the "nano-coating." But then the manufacturer affixes a label--presumably a model number to aid in selection during the shipping process--that will require a metal tool or a solvent to remove the label and its aggressive adhesive. The nature of a chair mat is that you move your chair away from your desk, place the mat, and get back to work. If your time is worth so little that you can spend a morning removing a label, this is the product for you. Otherwise, look for alternatives.

This mat has been all the things that everyone raves about for a glass chair mat. Plus, this company knows how to package their product so it's not damaged in shipping (like the other brand). Only time is going to tell if it's worth the cost and eliminates the need for replacing chair mats. But I've had it a couple of months and I'm happy so far. My chair rolls effortlessly and I'm a plus size woman in a tank of a chair so that speaks for itself.

I looked at many office chair mat solutions but always came back to the Vitrazza glass chair mat. My purchase was based off the durability, the quality, Lifetime warranty and manufactured in the US. And it’s versatility on many surfaces, since mine is in Berber carpet.If you see the TV commercial, it’s just as described.I am so glad I made this choice!

i have carpet on my office and honestly it was leaving very bad marks on my carpet because i have a gaming chair that is pretty heavy and i was not able to slide the chair on y carpet so after doing some research i saw this one and yes is pricey but worth it i just regret not going bigger. Very durable doesnt scratch at all and supports my weight plus the chair i weight around 160 but have heard of people bigger with no problem. If you care about looks and style this is the one for you. Else get simple plastic "ugly one" :)

I first saw a Vitrazza mat when I helped my uncle unpack one for his home office. I was quite impressed. Prior to this, I had been skeptical t a glass mat could be durable enough. As part of our year end office spending, I bought one for my primary work station this month. If you run the numbers this is a product that will outlast conventional floor mats and it provides a better surface for desk chairs than any mat I have ever had. I plan ti purchase a second mat for my other work station before year end.
