Alen Lee–Men’s Full Grain Crazy Horse Leather Slim Bifold Wallet–Thin Vintage Minimalist Front Pocket Money Clip

I've had this wallet for over a month and a half and I like it. I did not want a fancy wallet with possibly fake branding iron labels or fake texturing. Didn't want flaps, windows, or hydraulics.I came from a bulky wallet that I had been carrying for about 19 years. I had received various other wallets since as gifts, but every time was put off by the bulk, functional design flaws (bill compartment not made for US money, card pockets too loose, gaudy exteriors). I would always go back to my tried and true.I know I have had this wallet only a month - if I remember to leave a review in 10 years, I will - but it seems to be built to last. I moved all my cards and cash from my old wallet over and liked how the pockets were not loose and how the billfold was absolutely unobtrusive. I am a back pocket person, and this wallet works fine in the front or back pocket with less of a bulge as my old wallet.Good quality leather - feels well tooled and stitched, no blemishes (but who cares with a natural product that I don't want to flash around?), good construction. I like the fact that I can remove the spring and it's not a big flap.It's a wallet - what else can I say about it - I didn't buy it to look at but it looks good. It holds my cash and cards great and is comfortable to carry and easy to use without being easy to remove without me knowing.UPDATE: December 14, 2018 - Lining separated 3 months ago. Admittedly, I was using this with each compartment with a card in it, and the pocket behind the cards I carried a proximity security card (about 2-3x the thickness of a regular credit card). I'm dropping off a star because that definitely felt like it should have lasted longer than that. Otherwise the leather and money clip work great still.

Even though the stitching on the card dividers has come apart I still really like this wallet. The money clip reduces the amount of leather needed in a bi-fold and keeps it a bit thinner than a typical bi-fold. I like the feel and thickness of the leather and it seems to be wearing/distressing at a normal rate. The only problem is that the stitching on the inside of the card dividers has come apart. I can still use the three horizontal pockets, but the hidden vertical pocket is almost useless.I hope to find a way to re-stitch or glue the dividers because I don't want to get rid of this wallet.P.S. I never had more than one card per pocket, so it didn't bust due to overfilling.

This Alen Lee bi-fold wallet comes in a well-padded package and is sealed internally to ensure that the wallet arrives in good condition. There is a nice box too that adds a nice touch. The wallet is a perfect size for a front pocket carry and can hold up to 8 debit, credit, or membership cards. If you stuff it with all 8 it does add up obviously but can still be comfortable carried in your front pocket. The leather is a good quality and I know it will last me a long time. Also, the spring-loaded clip is a great touch and does a good job holding my cash. It can also be removed if you want to take it out. It simply slides out from the bottom. This wallet has been a great purchase and I also appreciate that the owner is a US Veteran. Pretty cool to get a great product from a veteran owned business.

I bought this because I needed a thin wallet to hold just a few cards. The supposed money clip was a joke and was a complete waste … so I tossed that out. Then after, maybe, 3 months of use it began to tear. Complete waste of money … next time I buy a wallet, I'll go to a store to look them over first.

It is a nice minimalist wallet, but after a few months of use the inside seems are burst. I am a baggy shorts wearing front pocket wallet carrier when i have it on me. I would say 50 percent of the time it is in my car or on my key table at home. It really hasn't racked up that many carry hours. Nice design but quality is missing. cant contact the vendor to request a repair.

Really wanted to like it - great leather, loved the style. But as SOON as I got it and tried inserting a card into the right side slide pocket, it immediately came undone at the seams, with glue leaking out. The left side slide pocket was completely fine and stiched well, but the right side seemed like it was literally just glued at the seams. Awful oversight if handmade.

Coming apart before I even started using it. Sent back.Looks like nice leather but thread coming open, not well put together

Very nice wallet. High quality leather for the price. I see myself using this wallet for a long time.
