Don’t last 8 hours like it says but it does work. You can’t really smell it or feel the heat but I can tell they work because when I’m wearing it I’m not cramping thankfully!

I hate using disposable heating pads but I had to because this makes me more comfortable when going out and I am able to go on about my day without being stuck in bed. These work!

I've tried these and the version by Cora. Short version: they work and do their job but I preferred Cora's.Rael's version are slightly cheaper but significantly smaller. They stay warm for at least 6 hours but maybe a bit longer if you are lucky. However because they're so small it might be hard to tell that they're warm. They do their job though and for sure helped my cramps. They also do not stick very well. They fell off a lot, never had this problem with Cora's heat relief.Either one is good! These are definitely the greatest discovery and invention for period relief that I wish I had for all my life lol

On the package the size is given as "2.7 in. x 3.7 in." That is incorrect even if you include the edges which don't contain the heat particles. The actual area with heat capability is 2.25" x 3.25". So, a tiny tiny area of relief. I was very disappointed with these. I had previously ordered another brand called CrampCareH which was immensely better, and larger, and gave a full ten hours of heat. Amazon introduced that brand in October and by November they no longer carried it. That's the way Amazon is. I just wish they weren't so frequently misleading about their products. The n=best thing I can say about this one is, they aren't scented.
