I bought these with little expectation. But they are identical In quality and appearance to the pieces in my Mercedes. It doesn’t come with instructions so I had to figure out on my own how to replace them. I took my tweezers and gently pushed on the top edge of each piece in my car to pop out the existing button. Then easily clicked into place the new piece. I did have a little bit of trouble with the round buttons on each side. For this, I used a box cutter gently piercing the top edge to make room for my tweezer, and when that didn’t work, I used a micro flathead to push it. At times I needed both hands but all in all it was a painless experience and my car looks great. Awesome product. Awesome price!

Molded back structure is not a fine fit
The buttons for the air conditioning unit seemto fit well. They were supposed to on a mercedez c180 2014 but these didn’t. When replacing the old ones and assembling the new ones i bought these go in too deep. As if the molded back part of the button doesn’t fit or stop when it should. As a result the small fan button seems pressed when it is not, as it goes way in deepBecause of the molding

Mostly correct
The buttons look great. If you're buying these for a GLK suv one of the buttons is physically wrong. Sellers recommendation is to physically modify the button to fit. The picture shows the correct button but that is not what I received.

Wrong Buttons sent
I purchased these for my wife’s vehicle. The picture looks exactly like her buttons. When I received them, they are good quality and fit, but buttons were not as pictured. Buttons mailed out were not the buttons on picture. Off button was on top instead of bottom. No max A/C button, received mono button instead.These would be great if seller would get buttons correct. Until then. Do not buy.
